Young's Key Shop

Would rather have had the patio sliding door security lock located at bottom of door and operated by foot pedal than key but the product they had was was located at top of door and required a key. In the end, it does what it needs to do and they arranged that the key that opens one of the front door locks can be used so no extra key needed. Prompt, quick, no mess and explained everything well.

It took him about 30 minutes and he left no mess to clean up, explained everything he was doing and why he was doing it.

Gary from Young's Key Shop did a great job.  He fixed our front door entry lock which we thought we might need to replace.    It's working like new again.  He also thoroughly checked that the deadbolt was properly installed. Gary checked our locks on our back doors and made sure the deadbolts were all right.   We highly recommend Young's Key Shop and would not hesitate to use them again.

They did a pretty good job. The old guy who did the key work did not do a very good job, so this company re-keyed several locks in the house and they are much better now. In terms of price, she did not complain. We would surely use this company in the future.

We have used them many times.  They are very responsive if we have a problem.  We also have a business and we have a safe that sometimes we have issues with.  When we call them, they are here very fast.

They changed the locks 3 years ago. Recently the lock wasn't working from the outside. Told me to bring it in if I could and they would look at it. I brought it in and turned out all it needed was some WD-40 - it had dried out. No charge for this - they are open 'til 2 on Sat. so was easy to bring it in. Quaint place - have the old fashioned barbers' chairs for you to sit in if you have to wait. Also gave me a couple new lock screws as one of them was messed up a little.
