've know about Vinnie's Collision center for many years. I've never has to use the service until my car was backed into on Christmas day. Car door dented in window shattered out and the inside caved in. The insurance company wanted me to drive it 20 minutes from my house. It was about 20 degrees and snowing outside. Way to cold to be driving it 20 minutes away. I cancelled that Appointment and called Vinnie's Collision center and spoke with Vince himself. Vince said he was coming to flat bed my car ( that there was no reason I should have to take it to them in weather like that) to his shop. Told me not to worry about anything and he would handle it all right down to the insurance. And he did. Through out the process he kept me updated. Very prompt on EVERYTHING.Very professional through out the entire process.I picked up my car and the paint matches to a tee. They cleaned all the glass out of my car. . But the entire process was seamless from start to finish. I highly recommend this establishment. They do really good work. The owner and staff are awesome...

They explained what they could do and gave me an estimate. The work was scheduled for a week later. Excellent results and the work was performed on time. Courteous and professional!

This shop does good work. They did a good job on the 2004 Nissan. We have had them touch up paint and detail this car before. We also had them repair rust on our 1991 Honda Accord a couple of years ago and they did a fantastic job. He put new metal over the wheel wells and in the trunk area and you can't tell that there was ever rust there. Looks like factory finish. They also detailed the 1991 Honda Accord. People can't believe what wonderful condition both cars are in. Would highly recommend them!

This past holiday we had a friend visit us from New England. Unfortunately on her way out - she encountered a snow storm and slid into a tree. She was ok - and the car engine was fine - but her car needed help in order for her to drive back safely to New England. I found Vinnies Custom Collision Center on Angies List and called them for an estimate. They were so nice over the phone - and this was during the holiday season - I wasn't sure if they could squeeze in a repair. They saw us immediately and fixed up her Dodge Stratus (almost completely; we didn't have time for the complete repair because she had to get back to New England) and we were all very pleased!

Good experience - would use Vinnys Shop again, and recommend to family/friends.
