Unique Tree's hard work cleared the front beds for installation of a patio, and the garage area for teardown of the old garage so a new one can be built. The out-of-control garden now has neatly-trimmed shrubs and room for the perennials to grow properly. This is the third time I have hired Unique Tree & Lawn Care Services, and will definitely hire them again. A great company, a great owner.

It went well. The yard is small. The tree was up next to a fence so it needed to be delicately extracted. Tony took out the tree and left no trace of his being there. If I need any other tree work, I would call him.

Tony's crew delivered the fresh mulch the day before the project and piled it neatly in the drive. The next morning I went over the project details with Tony before leaving to attend a meeting. When I returned the place looked great! The landscaping material had been carefully piled in a rear corner as requested, every small tree and sapling was gone, the mulch was mounded with care over the cleared-out area, the serviceberry was potted up in its temporary container, the area for the compost bin had been weeded and mulched and the badly-cracked patio was weed-free. The patio and drive were swept and the whole area was tidy and cleaned up. The crew even removed the desiccated remains of a small animal from the patio area and carried a beat-up old work table to the tree lawn for disposal. In short, the crew performed above and beyond my expectations. And since I had hired Tony's company in the past to take down a couple of trees, my expectations were high. Tony also referred me to another contractor for some work his company doesn't handle.

He took down the tree without disturbing anything around it. I was really impressed with him. He did the job very well. He is licensed, bonded, and insured.

They were here the whole day. I feel the price was good. They did more than I expected. They found a couple of dead limbs that they did not see before that they took out, and they did not change the price. They also did great with clean-up. They were very careful. I will continue to use them in the future and would recommend them to others.

I just wanted to warn you that this guy wanted to charge me $1500 for the same job another company charged me $600 to do.

THE GUY IS INCREDIBLE. HE IS PROFESSIONAL, COURTEOUS, AND REASONABLY PRICED.

Antonia came to give an estimate when he said he would and showed up to do the work as he specified. It was an excellent experience.

I received two bids and Unique Tree was the best bid. I was impressed with Antonio the owner on his professionalism and his attention to detail. It was only a few days from giving Antonio the go ahead when he showed up with a lift truck, chipper and all the equipment required. He and two other workers immediately got to work on opening the canopy to allow the sun to get to my raised beds. He seemed to know better than I did as to what I wanted. He even felled a dead limb that was hanging over my neighbors yard. They hauled out the limbs and debris and did a knock out job of raking and blowing any remaining debris off the premises. I noticed that three patio pavers were cracked from falling limbs. When I brought it up to Antonio, he said to send him the invoice and he would reimburse for the damage. I sent the invoice and he immediately sent me a check.

I have use this company before for small jobs ( stump grinding etc). We had some overgrown trees in the back yard that need some work. The work was done in a timely manner and the cleanup was excellent also. The price was very reasonable as well. I have already recommended them to my neighbors.

The gentleman was very professional. The owner answered my call and he was very prompt. He told me what time they would be here and they were here on time. Everyone acted in an appropriate manner and professional. I am very pleased. The owner took a lot of time on what I wanted done and he went into a lot of detail on my options and what was to be done.

These guys did a great job. The estimate was provided within 48 hours of my leaving a message, and the tree was removed less than a week later. They did not damage any of the landscaping or a play set that were right under the tree. They cleaned up all of the mess very thoroughly.

Tree was located behind a garage and near utility wires. Contractor said he couldn't get his equipment back there to do the job. Appears he is more geared to servicing trees closer to road access or open areas. He also was not pleased that I had 4 contractors quoting on the job and said he would rather pass on it. I asked what he would normally charge for that type of a job and he said $2500 but he was very thorough and felt that the other contractors were only doing a partial job by just removing some of the dead wood and would probably climb the tree with spikes and he wouldn't do that.

I originally contacted the company in October of 2004 for an estimate to remove only the maple tree, but various circumstances postponed the actual project until April 2007. Tony quickly provided a revised estimate to include the ash tree and additional cleanup, with only minimal increase in cost. The crew was prompt, cheerful, very professional, and did a superb job. Cleanup on the second day was complicated by rain, but the crew still managed to get rid of the worst of the wood chips and debris. I especially appreciated the fact that Tony was very quick to return phone calls, even picking up while eating dinner at home to answer questions! What a great company, I highly recommend them!

I've been trying to get tree service for 2 years, and I was not able to move beyond the first meeting. Attitude for most, Unique was a relief, and he was willing to help me with a payment plan. I was pleasantly surprised. I will be using Unique again.

This was the third time I've hired this company in the last 18 months. They have now removed a total of five large trees from my yard, including three ash and two maples. I've called other companies for estimates on the same work, some willing to do the job for less money, but none of those other companies inspired the same confidence I felt in Tony (owner) and his crew. They are professional and responsive. Their clean-up is superlative. They answer questions and provide solutions. If I ever have the need for a tree service again, Unique will get the call.

Friendly, on-time and gave suggestions. Work was done well. They cleaned up when finished.

The tree removal and trimming work estimate provided by Antonio George was double that of two other reputable companies. Antonio spent very little time explaining the estimate.

Came out, gave me an estimate. His price was alright, I'm just questioning his expertise.

I had to leave a message letting them know. They never returned my call and I never heard back from them. I feel that is very bad service. I will not call them again or recommend.

Tony was very responsive. He was able to visit and give an estimate within an hour of my first phone call, and he had the work finished 4 days later. Very professional, thorough, and clean. Did not give grade for price because we did not get other estimates, so we have no way of knowing if price was in line with other tree services.

I HAVE USED UNIQUE TREE SERVICE FOR YEARS TO MAINTAIN THE LARGE TREES IN MY YARD. MR GEORGE HAS ALWAYS BEEN PROMPT, COURTEOUS AND REASONABLE. I'VE NEVER HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THIS CONTRACTOR. MOST RECENTLY A LARGE TREE WAS DAMAGED BY LIGHTNING. MR GEORGE SAVED THE TREE EVEN THOUGH HE COULD HAVE MADE MORE MONEY TAKING IT DOWN.

I called him on Friday. The owner came out on Saturday. They made an appointment for the work to be done on Tuesday. He was here on time, and he did a few extra things that stayed within the quote. They cleaned up very well, and were very efficient. They even took the stumps.

They broke a little glass over the vent, which was an accident, so they reimbursed us $25. I think they were great. They called me back the same day I called them. They gave us an estimate and were here the next day to do the work.

We had a total of 4 estimates from different companies to do the same work. We did not chose this company because their quote was almost three times the amount of the others. They quoted $1850 for the job. The other companies were all around $700.
