+ -1 moreThey left tar spots on the siding of the house. It is frustrating when I call because they didn't come back out. The price was in the ballpark with other people. They had a lot of young guys working that didn't seem experienced.

+ -1 moreWe were not particularly impressed with the promptness with the arrival of everything. In the middle of our tear out they told us that it would take at least 6 weeks for these things to arrive. We really didn't know how long the tear out was going to take, so we asked if we could just store these thing at that location until we were ready for it and they said sure no problem. Then the stuff started arriving much earlier than anticipated, so then they called and said come get this shower stall, and come pick up this toilet and we didn't have any place to put it since we were still in the middle of the tear out. So they told me that they couldn't be responsible for storing it if it gets damaged, and I said well I don't know why not because its on your property in your warehouse. When we finally did get the items delivered, the sink was drilled wrong, the faucets that we had picked out would not fit with this sink. We had to order an entire new vanity top because it was drilled wrong. I was not satisfied with the handling of the ordering and storing.
Description of Work: We ordered everything for our remodel from them.
