Superior Medical Care

He is very at what he does, very good with people and the whole medical group is good, we had everything done there really fast, very efficient, you know my wife goes here and there but i go to one place and get every thing. The punctuality really is not good because they just have so many people and also emergencies.

It was excellent.  Everything went well.  He is a very good doctor.  Superior Medical's prices are less expensive than others and you get a good value for your money. 

I visit every 3 months for an existing condition.  When I am there, they listen to what I have to say, and handle it efficiently.  The staff always welcomes you with a friendly smile.

Dr. Moya was very caring and thorough in his effort to determine my problem.

They are just nice people and when you go in, he is knows with his staff and he is personable with you. And if you need any information and have a question they are right there to ask and they don't mind. It is just a pleasant atmosphere.

My experience has been good and I have used them for years. He is very thorough and does good tests when they are necessary to be done. They are fine and are quick to get me in. The office environment is okay and I enjoy the nurse practitioners very well. They need a little bit better communication sometime and they try to get all the necessary testing done within the week that they are ordered.

I am very happy in general with Dr. Digna Moya's practice.  She has been a wonderful provider.  She is very friendly and makes me feel like she really cares about me.  The only negative I have is that I had a sleep study done, but the sleep center is weak.  They were late starting, early having me leave (so well under 8 hours), and the room was uncomfortably warm, preventing normal sleep and thus pretty much invalidating the study.  Their billing department however has been wonderful.

He has an excellent bedside manner. He is very personable and knowledgeable.

We were very pleased with them. It is a one stop service. I can get blood tests and lab work done there. They have all the facilities on site. It makes it very convienent. I have never had problems getting in for appointments. I broke out with shingles on Friday night and they got me in first thing Monday morning. I didn't know I had shingles of course.

I am a new patient to Superior Medical Care and Dr. Judith Mays for the last five weeks having just moved to the area. While I was pleased with Dr. Mays' thoroughness and warmth, her office staff person repeatedly failed to complete tasks assigned to her by the doctor - i.e. make an appointment for this patient with a particular specialist (after asking for two and a half weeks, I finally googled and found my own specialist), call the pharmacy to refill this Rx (I called three times to remind her, and once a voicemail I left at 1:00pm she said she retrieved the next morning at about 10am). The qualities of the office staff are almost as important as the qualities of the doctor, and in this case they have failed. I am strongly considering changing doctors.

Dr. Girgis has an excellent staff and he is very responsive. He is also teaches at a university and he is very personable. His staff is very well trained.
