"This is just a case where you should of had us do the job at the time the estimate was given. You called us almost 6 months later. At the time you called to schedule the lawn was also wet which would of required us to lay down sheets of plywood just to get to the trees. I did not figure this in my estimate. Secondly I personally respond to all my calls the day the customer calls. I schedule my estimates promptly usually the same day or the next day. We do about 200 to 300 jobs a year and have very little complaints. We are constantly told our prices are the cheapest around and our experience is second to none."
