One of the guys used to be our neighbor and he was alright but the rest of the crew was not good. I was not pleased with them. I hated them. Insurance company covered the amount for us. I will not use their service again.
Description of Work: We had water damage at our house a year ago and our insurance company brought in Servpro to dry the place out. They also tore out the walls that were damaged.

ServPro men came quickly, were courteous, came on time and pleasant to deal with. I was very pleased with them and would use them again.
Description of Work: Pipe burst, made an insurance claim which referred me to ServPro. ServPro brought in industrial strength dehumidifiers and fans to dry out my basement, removed all the flooded carpet and padding.

I WAS PLEASED AT THE QUICK RESPONSE OF SERVPRO TO MY DILEMMA OF WATER IN THE BASEMENT. THEY WERE RECOMMENDED TO ME BY MY HOMEOWNERS INSURANCE AGENT. THE CHARGES WERE PARTLY TAKEN CARE OF BY MY HOMEOWNERS INSURANCE, BUT I DID HAVE TO PAY THE REST. I THOUGHT THAT THEIR RENTAL PRICE FOR THE AIR BLOWERS WAS VERY HIGH (I KNOW HOW MUCH THEY COST). A WATER SUPPLY LINE LATER BURST IN MY BASEMENT. SERVPRO CAME OUT WITHIN 4 HOURS OF MY CALLING. THEY MOVED MUCH OF THE HEAVY FURNITURE TO REMOVE THE WATER. THEY CUT THE CARPETING AND REMOVED IT. THEY ALSO TOOK MY ORIENTAL RUGS FOR CLEANING AND SAID THAT THEY WOULD HANDLE THE PAPERWORK WITH THE INSURANCE COMPANY REGARDING THE ORIENTAL RUGS.
Description of Work: I HAD SOME FLOODING IN MY BASEMENT. SERVPRO CAME OUT IMMEDIATELY AND REMOVED THE WATER AND DAMAGED CARPETING. THEY ALSO PLACED FANS TO HELP CIRCULATE THE AIR ($800). THEY ALSO LATER PERFORMED A CLEAN-UP OF WATER DAMAGE IN BASEMENT FROM A BURST WATER LINE ($2000).
