Ron and Danny were fantastic. Communicated well when they'd be here. I had asked that they replace security cameras outside my house - they were skilled and efficient. And a bonus - kind and friendly people also. I would absolutely hire them again and refer to friends.

The technician was punctual and neat in appearance. Went about his work enthusiastically and professionally. The only criticism I have, is there was no training provided for use of the system, nor were there any user manuals or instructions furnished. When I asked about that, I was told, â youâ ll learn how to use it after you experiment for awhileâ . Iâ m not a Luddite, but I am not a computer techie either. I am a Senior with at least average computer savvy.

Ron went over my 25+ year old system, updated the smoke detectors, test the other sensors and converted me to a cellular call out thus saving me the cost of a land line. Also saved me 35% on monitoring. Very happy with the service only minor issue was getting the right parts (smoke detectors) for the system and getting them installed.

Professional, knowledgeable, Neat & advised on where to put the camera and it works on our new build, my house has several angles and he picked a location where we see all the front angles. I'm amazed, it gave me view coverage than I thought we couldn't get. I guess that's experience. He also checked out everything to make sure it was all right. He knew what he was doing. Jeff was the installer. He was awesome. He listened to what I wanted and gave me a better suggestion if it would benefit me. After everything was done. We checked every camera to make sure that there was no blank spots. He adjusted what needed adjusted. He took his time. He was here for quite awhile to make sure I was satisfied with the system and showed me how to work all the gadgets on my TV and my phone. Please ask for Jeff. He won't disappoint you.
