PRONESTI LAWN MOWER SVC

Needed my lawn tractor serviced as soon as possible for yard work. Called Pronesti's Friday afternoon 5/24; they picked up Saturday morning 5/25. Completed all maintenance and repairs by Friday 5/31 and returned to me the same day. Start to finish less than one week. When the mower was returned, the driver went over everything on the bill, item by item (it was lengthy). He offered to put the mower away for me; and demo'd how to check or change air filter and pre-filter, before he put it away, The tractor ran and sounded better, it was not spewing black smoke or coughing. The service person told me to call if I had any questions or problems--don't think I will but will feel comfortable calling if I do. By the way the lawn tractor runs better than when first got it. Thank you for a good job--will be back, and now having found a good place for service can give mower the proper care.
