He is very good about communicating the problems that I have. He is not one to sugar coat and he tells me exactly how it is. He gives me a clear picture of what he is going to be performing and what the risks are for each task. Instead of having surprises, I am well aware of what the issues are. He is very skilled in what he is doing. He is very honest. My last appointment was because I had a surprise on a Sunday so I called him and I had an appointment on Monday.

It went well. I can trust them, and they are clean and friendly.

She is professional. In the past, when I had asked her questions on whether I needed a filling or not, she said it was okay. I know she isn't out to just make money and to just go ahead and do something.  When I had a filling pop out, I was able to get it replaced on time, so they do try to accommodate. They have always been friendly when I called in and that's why I stayed with her.  They are very punctual and the bedside manner is excellent. When we had any questions or when we had insurance come back, there has always been somebody to explain. When we had problems for something that we were charged for that wasn't done or anything like that, everything has been handled well. Without a question it was explained and everything was okay.

They are really nice, but they are no longer in my network for my insurance. They go to our church, I know they have morals and values. They spend time and listen, they are just friendly people. They take the time.

I have been going there since 1980 or so. The best thing is that she was very good with my daughter. My youngest daughter is special needs and she started seeing Dr. Shuba when Dr. Shuba was a resident at Metro General Hospital in Cleveland in the dental program there. She was still a student and she was in the pediatric dentistry residency there. She actually started seeing my daughter there when she was very young. My daughter liked her because she used super small needles and didn't hurt her. She was so good with her. When she left her residency there she said she wasn't going to be able to see her anymore because she was moving out to a small town that would probably be too far to see her. When I found out where it was I said I won't have to drive 30 miles to see you, I will only have to drive 4 miles to see you. My daughter was actually her first commercial patient, and I switched over to her.

I like her professional manner and she very personable and friendly. She makes me feel at ease and explains things when I have questions. The last time I had some discomfort for a while and I was sure that I needed a filling and she checked and said that I did not and that it was just a sensitive tooth. She gave me options and things to do, so she wasn?t out to make money by doing some extra work. She is not pushy and is very knowledgeable and professional. Her dental hygienist was good. I had no issues with the billing and administration and I think that they are pretty average priced.

They were very prompt, kind, and efficent. They treated you with the kind of respect that you would want and they provided you with the right education. You will feel confident that they fixed what you wanted them to see.

Things went very well. I'm a big baby, so they do really well with me.
