Description of Work: Great but my appt was scheduled for 8-12, no one came and no one called to tell me my serviceman had an emergency and wasn't coming. I had to call at 12 and they sent someone else out. Serviceman sent was knowledgeable and polite.

Description of Work: We are on an annual contract for servicing our 2 furnaces and air conditioners (the cost of this service is for the entire 12 months and humidifier filter.) They always do a thorough, careful job. Always come when scheduled. Very neat, pleasant and knowledgeable servicemen. They replaced our 23 year old furnace this past January with a unit which runs more quietly and efficiently than our previous one. It also heats the house more evenly.

Description of Work: Luxury install both new air conditioner and furnace about 4 years ago, have not had any problems with either unit or service. They also came and removed the air conditioner from patio when had the patio re-done and came back and re-installed at a reasonable price.
