Luxury Heating Co

I submitted an inquiry with Mitsubishi to find a local HVAC contractor to repair my Mitsubishi Mini Split heat pump. Luxury Heating Co responded and I engaged them. But after four service calls and over $1000 billed the system was still not repaired. The last time I called them I was transferred to Wayne who said they don't service equipment that they did not install but he couldn't explain why they'd already come out three times. He agreed to send a service technician out one more time. That technician said I had a coolant leak and I was charged another $400. But Luxury refused to perform any more service on the system. However, they did send me a quote to install all new equipment for $13,000. My equipment is less than five years old. I have since gone with a different HVAC company who diagnosed a stuck reversing valve and replaced it. The system is now running fine and it didn't cost me $13,000.
