The price included the installation and that was around $99. They did well in the sales department and the installation. I did have to touch up a few things but that was my fault. I guess I could have gotten them back but I didn't. I didn't price any other companies. I had to pay $30 in advance for them to come out and measure but they took it off the price. I was pleased with it.

They have done an excellent job. They are always prompt and polite. They provide a very good service. The store itself is very customer oriented and they will go out of their way to help.

Vic was off the clock the first night he helped us and his service was above and beyond. We called him back many times and he was extremely helpful. He made sure to match our appliances and inform us on the sales that were going on so we could save as much money as possible. We found out in the process that my husband would get an additional discount for being a veteran. He was given an additional 10% off. He ended up saving us 20% overall. He made sure that the amount that we saved would cover the appliance protection with money to spare. We had been pricing and looking at the appliances the past few weeks so we knew that we were getting the quality and the best deal possible. He was making sure they were ordered and holding them until our close date on our new house in June. He also assured us that our delivery was free. We ended up saving an additional $350 on our large purchase. We were extremely pleased with our service and our transaction. In addition, two ladies helped us figure out which cards would not activate and wanted to make sure we would be able to use our $25 gift cards.

Rep took info and told me would take 7-10 days. Took lawn mower to Elyria store, 5/11. As I was leaving, I was told the mower would be ''sent out.'' Had been given the impression that it was in-house. Called 5/26 to follow up. After researching, found that the contractor refused the mowers and sent them back. They found a new place and sent them out again. Over next two weeks, continued to call for updates. Was told by each rep that they had no phone number for the place doing the repair and they would ''email'' for an update and return my call. No return calls. Finally, on 6/8, was told the work was done and on its way back to Elyria. Asked why I wasn't called about an estimate as required and rep didn't know. On 6/9, I picked up the mower and paid $65, which was over the limit to which they were to call for approval. Service center called for 1st time on 6/10. Didn't give an estimate, but said would be done 6/15, even though I already picked it up the day before.

COST OF DOOR WAS $249; INSTALLATION WAS $99. THE WORK WAS PERFORMED ON TIME, AND THE FRAME OF THE EXISTING OPENING HAD TO BE MODIFIED. TYPICALLY, LOWES WILL CHARGE FOR THE MODIFICATION, BUT THE WORKER WHO INSTALLED IT MODIFIED THE FRAME AND DIDN'T CHARGE FOR THE WORK. IT TOOK HIM ABOUT 10 MINUTES TO CUT AND NAIL A NEW FRAME. ANYONE WHO WANT TO INSTALL A STORM DOOR THEMSELVES, I WOULD RECOMMEND LOWES EVEN IF YOU'RE HANDY. IT'S NOT WORTH THE HEADACHE TO DIY, ESPECIALLY WITH THE FRONT DOOR!

QUALITY ON BOTH DOORS WASNT GOOD. REPLACE ONE DOOR AND TWO WINDOWS IN OTHER DOOR. DEPARTMENT MANAGER AND STORE MANAGER WERE VERY HELPFUL AND REFUNDED 10% OF PRICE. PELLA PURCHASED THIS STORM DOOR COMPANY. THERE WERE QUALITY ISSUES. BOTH LOWES AND PELLA STOOD BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT AND MADE ME A HAPPY CUSTOMER. BOTH DOORS ARE WORKING FINE.
