Arrived on time. There was one glitch due to a miscommunication (mostly on my part). However Kyle graciously took a step back in the installation to accommodate the change. The completed job looked great.

After 18 years in the elements of Northern Ohio, our wooden deck was in dire need of repair. We were referred to Kyle and Klein Outdoors by my sister in law who recently hired them to construct a beautiful exterior covered addition that included a fireplace, gas grill, and granite countertop. After seeing their fine craftmanship, we inquired and learned that Klein was the most reasonable quote they rec'd. We were sold. We contacted Kyle and asked if they refurbish decks. He said they do and asked to see the deck in question. We spent about 45 mins. one evening showing Kyle our deck and entertained his suggestions. Considering the high cost of lumber and my unwillingness to continue maintaining a deck, we decided to use composite decking. Our quote for materials and labor was very reasonable and the contract was signed. Kyle and his craftsmen were prompt, in line with their estimate, and eager to please us, the customer.
