They told us i needed a new roof and recommended a rubber membraine roof. They put a cheap material on instead of rubber membraine and told me it was a rubber roof. It leaked and they billed me to fix it again and they could never stop the leaks. Just kept billing me. Watch out for these guys they do crappy work .

"This person signed a proposal for a rubber Modified bitumen roof with a 5 year warranty. The roof has been on this building for 16 years now since it has been installed in 2004."

They were very professional from beginning to end. I received this company name from a neighbor, we contacted them and they were able to fix the problems that two previous could not. We have also made plans for them to come back for another job. They were very close to the estimate price.

Kaminski tore off old shingles, repaired flashing around chimney and waste stack and installed ridge vents.They were prompt with the estimate and were able to schedule the job while I was on vacation.The crew was on time in the mornings and worked all day, taking only a lunch break.Cleanup was great...they were careful to not destroy what little "landscaping" I have, and just about all of the waste went directly into their truck, not on the ground.They went over the property before leaving to make sure all of the stray nails and debris was cleaned up.The main roof had a very low pitch with an additional flat area at the rear of the house, so some extra care was needed to make sure the materials meshed properly.There was a bit of a challenge with the roof over the front porch. A few boards had to be replaced and the clearance was tight under the overhang of the main roof. They met that challenge without a hitch.

They were responsive and punctual, but their prices were considerably higher than others. It is still worth giving them a try. They did have a lot of good recommendations from people as far as their work and their grades on Angie's List. I liked what their presentation was and everything, but they were just a whole lot higher in price and I couldn't do that.

Gary is top notch--the team had the job done in the allotted time. Gary was responsive, he came out to check on the work, and made sure the team did what they were supposed to do. Very pleased with the job and would recommend.
