The floor turned out great! Very professional and clean. Sanding was virtually dustless.

We needed a wood floor sanded and refinished and are so thrilled that we hired Hamlin's Floor Sanding. Mr. Hamlin arrived on time and gave us a very reasonable quote for a tough job. He was totally professional and very easy to talk with. The person he sent to our home was also professional, arrived on time and when finished did not leave a mess. The process was explained to me and all questions were answered. On the last day I was given instructions on how to take care of my refinished floor and given a chance to ask any other questions I may have had. If there were any way to rate this company and employees higher than an "A" I would. We are so pleased with the professionalism and quality of work that we are going to have them come back in the Spring to do the rest of the house. I very highly recommend them.

Carpeted hall was damaged when a toilet supply disconnected while we were asleep. After removing the carpet, we decided to restore the hardwood floor underneath. Adjoining area that had not previously been restored were also restored.

The contractor arrived on the scheduled date and returned daily until the work was completed. We are very pleased with the work done and the contractor's professionalism.

We love our newly refinished floor. Harry and his team of guys did an amazing job and were so easy to have in the house. They were friendly, clean, and courteous. They arrived on time and did a very nice job. I can't stop looking at our floors because they are so beautiful now. I was hesitant about picking a new stain color but trusted Harry's opinion and he was so right.

We obtained several quotes for floor refinishing, and we were happiest with the cost and professionalism we found with Harry Hamlin. The job took only 2 days for Harry and his son to complete, and we have been extremely happy with the work. The floors were sanded down, the carpet nail holes and other damages patched well, and 3 coats of clear latex Street Shoes finish was applied. The odor was minimal, and we were able to walk on the floors in sock feet the same day as the last coat was applied. We were even given tips on wood floor care for best maintenance! Overall, we were very satisfied with the work, the team, and we were very comfortable having the men in our house when we were away at work. We highly recommend Hamlin's, and are happy to be including them in Angie's List for the first time. We hope to use Hamlin's again when we refinish other rooms and the stairwell in our home.
