Went well problem was had to wait 10 days

Made us wait three days. Tightened screws and adjusted toilet.. not worth $70 min charge

We thought we may have to tear down our wall, but they identified the problem without further damage to our house due to the winter vortex. They did a temporary fix so we could use our kitchen. Before our next cold spell they came out so we wouldn't have further problems. They were very dependable, have a good reputation, identified the exact problem, and carried it out in a very professional manner. They were very attentive and punctual as well.

I ASKED IF HE IS ON ANGIES LIST. HE SAID ANOTHER CUSTOMER OFFERED TO WRITE A RECOMMENDATION BUT HE WAS BUSY AT THAT TIME and DECLINED. I WANT TO DO A GOOD TURN BECAUSE HE SEEMS SO UPSTANDING. (HE IS A.J. GROSS)
