 + -1 moreSURROUND WALL COMING OFF, BASE IS CRACKED. JIM ONLY CALLED ME BACK AFTER THE FACTORY CALLED HIM. WILL KEEP YOU UPDATED. I JUST FOUND OUT THAT THE INSTALLERS REVERSED THE HOT AND THE COLD ON THE FAUCET IN THE SHOWER AND I WILL HAVE TO NOW HAVE SOMEONE OUT TO FIX IT.
