"Customer recently completed this review on another site (please see below). Dellisanti Construction is confused about conflicting review made on Angie's List. After completion of job customer stated she was happy/satisfied & would be reaching out to us in April of 2016 to have additional work completed at her home. We will be contacting customer for further clarification. [Member Name Removed] Relationship: Client Project Date: January 2016 Project Price Range: $10,000 - $49,999 This company recently completed a challenging master bath remodel for us and did a fantastic job! Andy and his crew truly transformed what was once a tired old cramped two room master bath and made it into a beautiful contemporary masterpiece! The quality of their work was excellent, especially the tile work completed by Derrick. We requested an intricate diamond pattern that took much skill and patience, plus some pretty intricate cuts and it was done to perfection! I found Andy to be one of the easiest guys to get along with, very responsive and he demonstrated excellent customer service, industry knowledge, and patience in addition to being so affordable! This company is definitely going places! Hopefully they will post some before and after pictures so people can see their amazing work! This is one extremely satisfied customer who would without hesitation highly recommend them to anyone!"
"Customer has turned our employees away multiple times when they have reported to the home to complete work. Customer has wanted our business to comply with strict scheduling requirements on their behalf. We were only allowed to report on specific days of the week at specific start times & had to leave by 3:30pm. We have never been able to complete work on consecutive days of the week which was & still has been an issue. Scheduling has been a major issue with this customer due to their demanding requirements. Customer selected out of stock granite that was on back order for approx. 4 months, but specified they wanted to wait instead of selecting a different, but similar color. Customer selected special order tub: style & color. Customer requested additional work to be done after work began & tile had already been ordered & received. We completed request, but it took 4 different attempts to locate correct tile color due to different lot numbers. We have only been paid for services that have been rendered, nothing more. As of to-date full estimate amount has not been collected upon."

attempted to have the job completed, we contacted the company to set up a
date for the work to be completed. I went to the office to re-sign
another contract for the job and was told they would get the samples by
Monday and to stop by. I arrived 45 min. to the office to review the
samples and to re-sign yet another contract and no one was at the
office. I emailed the company to see where they were and have yet to
receive any correspondence about the job. I choose another company to
complete the project.

We apologize for any error on our behalf. The member was not a customer of Dellisanti Construction & work was never performed by us at her home.
