Reasonably well considering the weather

Best prices out there. They were only a few blocks away, and were great. Work completed as promised. 2 awesome guys did most of the work and they were professional as well as pretty funny and personable. The best investment was getting our fence from them. Having a yard for a dog and kids was the best decision. They came out June, 2015, I believe, although not sure exactly the date.

Fence installation was fine, but owner agreed to cover costs of an underground cable cut by the augur; did not respond to phone calls or letter; now changes his story; process has taken 5 months to this time.

Their salesperson was very helpful with design and options available. He showed up as scheduled to draw up the plans and collect down payment. The 2010 install was beautiful. The following Spring I set an appointment to design a gate to cross my driveway and fully enclose my backyard. The gate and enclosure was beautiful as well.
After a few months, I noticed all my fence posts were showing signs of twisting, as the caps on the top were no longer and quot;squareand quot; and there was minor and quot;cuppingand quot; of the 2x4 cross beams. I was not happy with what was happening, and felt like if I had known these things and quot;typically happen with wood fencesand quot;, I wouldn't have been as angry. The gate Crest Fence installed, within 3 weeks of install, was beginning to sag in the center. I was examining it, thinking the hinges looked weak, but I wasn't sure. I felt the need to write a letter explaining the things I saw happening to my fence and gate (everyone says get these things in writing!) Per my letter of July 6, 2011, I informed Crest Fence about the twisting posts, the cupping 2x4's, and portion of fence bowing inward that looked bad. I told him there appeared to be severe vertical cracks in the posts at the point of nailing which concerned me as far as having to re-stain soon to protect the fence from the elements. I informed them the gate was inoperable, and had cupping 2x4's as well. The salesperson called me, saying he would send someone out to look at these problems, and quot;some time next weekand quot;. The week would go by, and no one would show up. I would wait another week or so, and call to ask when, and would get the same response, and quot;some time next weekand quot;. Between 7/16/2011 and 1/19/2012, I called at least 2-3 times per month asking if they knew when someone would come out. Apparently they had come out to repair the bowing rear fence. When I looked at the results, it appeared the fence was now bowing outward, vs. inward. I took photos for myself, as I was very unhappy with such an unprofessional looking job. I wrote a second letter Dec. 19, 2011 after not having the gate repaired to my liking. I explained I couldn't open the gate without damaging it, and that they knew of all these issues since July. I informed them that saying they would be and quot;out next weekand quot; and not fulfilling their obligation was unprofessional. Finally, they came out in Jan. 2012 to meet with me and go over all the issues. Repairs were completed 1/19/2012. I spent an awful lot of money and Crest Fence's lack of prompt followup, coupled with making incomplete repairs (gate was repaired 4 times and in the least expensive manner) was frustrating.

They conducted business very professionally. He was on time and checked in with me at the appropriate times. When they dug the wholes they left the pile of mud there instead of cleaning it up, which would be my only complaint. The fence looked beautiful, and I got a lot of compliments on it.

EVERYONE AT THIS COMPANY WAS VERY POLITE, PROFESSIONAL AND RESPONSIVE. THEY WERE A PLEASURE TO WORK WITH, WE ARE HAPPY WITH THE END PRODUCT AND THE COMPLETION DATE WAS MET.

EDUCATED MEMBER ABOUT QUALITY OF FENCING. GREAT JOB, ON TIME, ON BUDGET. WHEN PART WAS UNAVAILABLE, GATE WAS UPGRADED AT NO EXTRA CHARGE.
