+ -1 moreI am thinking about switching myself. They are not very flexible when it comes to dealing with customer's problems. My father passed away a year ago and he had over drafted by the time of his funeral. He was $300 over drafted and the only backed off about $75 of it. I was waiting on a paycheck and I feel like they felt like they needed the money more than I did. It seems like they are always too busy to do other things.
Description of Work: I go to Charter One for my local banking.
