+ -1 moreEven though my experience with a carpenter that one of their employees recommended was less than satisfactory, Carter lumber has tried to correct the situation from their end. They even did an exchange on damaged goods. They have apologized. The employees have been called in by their manager to no longer recommend craftsmen and tradesmen to customers. I was told this by the fellow that delivered the new door to me.
Description of Work: I bought a door, piece lap siding, and a lock from them.
