He was not good. He ordered the wrong parts a couple of times. He ended up replacing something that didn't need to be replaced. We ended up canceling him and charging back the service and then contacted another company for the repair. Half of the fee was a diagnostic fee and the other half was for a board that didn't need to be installed. We would never use them again.

The work was completed in about 30-40 minutes and the employee arrived on time.  I have not had any problems with noise or other issues since the motor was replaced, so the repair seems to have been successful.  The motor costs $69.99 and there was a labor charge of 75.00 and a service call charge of 59.00 plus tax.
