Best Fence

Best Fence was on time, organized, made adjustments to meet permit requirements. Job was completed & cleaned up in about four hrs. I was very pleased they were willing to schedule work in January with variable weather conditions.

Fine. Finished in about 3 hours.

Several years ago when they were just getting started, they installed a fence for my neighbor and I and did a great job.
Through the years we have needed minor maintenance like anyone would, but the fence is still standing and very sturdy.
All the posts are still plumb and boards in tact. The price was very competitive and they beat out two top local companies.
The quality has remained excellent and I highly recommend Best Fence. Good job boys!

It was an excellent experience with one small exception. The gate that they put in became off-kilter within a few months of the job being completed. I called them in November, and they said that they could come back to fix it. It took 3 months for them to fix it due to the weather, which we had no complaints about. They fixed it, and it now works like a charm. They were prompt, courteous, and professional.

It was very impressive. When you pay that much money what is important is how good it will be in a year to twenty years from now. We got three people from Angie's List. He had the best price by a couple thousand dollars. He is cordial, compensate and timely. Installed in two days. It was about 400 feet.

I thought they were knowledgeable when the work was done quickly. Since the installation, there are a couple of the boards that are warping. I have called them but they are not very responsive to my calls.

Estimate was spot on, and the work took only 2 days. Fence looks great!

THEY WERE VERY PUNCTUAL AND EVEN WORKED IN TERRIBLE WEATHER CONDITIONS. IT TOOK THEM TWO DAYS DUE TO THE COMPLICATED TEAR OUT OF THE OLD FENCE. THE PRICE CAME TO ABOUT $3500.00.

Communications with Michelle to explain the project and set up an appointment was easy, the call-back was prompt, and Matt came out quickly for an estimate. He is very easy to work with, and readily accommodated changes in the original schedule (due to a protest from a neighbor) and design (due to me changing my mind) with no additional cost above original estimate. It did take a few days to get a call-back once the project was scheduled to begin. Matt had 2 associates install the posts a day or two in advance. He and an assistant then installed the rails and fence boards with meticulous attention to detail. They took time to orient the rails and boards for best appearance and cut each board individually on site to match the profile of the 8" scallop. All materials were cleaned up, but dirt from the post holes was left behind. I asked for the cut ends to be left for firewood. I am very pleased with the result and would definitely recommend Best Fence.

Matt had good communications, provided a fair price estimate, and completed the work as contracted. Best Fence is a very professional operation! We would use their services again and highly recommend them to others.
