You couldn't ask for a better guy. He knew his stuff. He worked hard. When he was working on the shower cartridge it was a real job pulling that cartridge out, but he knew exactly what to do, how hard to pull and I'd say he didn't waste any of my time, though it was at the end of his day.
 I told him the problem with the shower cartridge was that way since it was installed. Scott suggested I contact Moen, who offered to replace the defective cartridge free of charge. Scott saved me a little bit of money with his suggestion. He also showed me how I could replace the cartridge and save myself a future service call. He also offered to come back and do this, but there was a genuine good guy who did not try to inflate my bill one penny. Top notch guy.
I meant to get this up sooner, but if you choose Bellman, I think you will be happy. I called them the same day and Scott came to my house within an hour of my call and he worked late too. Yes, I'd call them again.

They came on time.  Did the work promptly. 

Everything has gone great. They get my highest recommendations.
