Daystar Enterprise

           Once I had decided that I would replace the existing windows with a Marvin brand window, the supplier asked if I had a contractor in mind. We discussed options, and I decided to take his recommendation of Daystar Enterprise. The supplier and Larry Bower ( Daystar Enterprise) came to my house to look at the job, show me the product and give me a quote. Larry got back to me within a day or so with the quote. I called him back to confirm that this would be the window and installation price and he assured me that it was.I agreed to go ahead with the project. I then received a letter of this confirmation. When the window came in he contacted me, we set a date and his workman arrived on time.They were courtious, took great care to cover the carpet and move any necesary furniture during the installation. By the end of the day my window was installed, all areas were cleaned and I am most pleased with the results.

Initially, we contracted with a well-known Miami Valley kitchen remodeler, but after months of planning, their final estimate was too high. I received a reference for Larry Bower and gave him a call. Within a week, he came to my house and inspected the project. He worked with Gary Peters of Peters Cabinetry on the final design. We received a design and estimate free-of-charge within 2 to 3 weeks of the first contact. Their estimate was $6,000 less than the other company's. Larry gave me an estimated start and end date. His men started and ended on those actual dates. We also finished on budget! The workers kept the area clean and were respectful of my home and child. They started early and worked all day. They cleaned at the end of every day. We removed a closet and created a butler's pantry. We also replaced our cabinets, lighting, backsplash, and appliances. Larry was always available by cell phone, if he wasn't at our site. Finally, the workers installed our old cabinets in the garage and did a wonderful job. This was not your normal remodeling project. These men were polite, courteous, and above all, excellent at their jobs. We are 100% satisfied with the work, yet, we know that we can always call Larry if something pops up in the future. (Larry didn't send us the final bill until a floorboard squeak was addressed.)
