I started a new job in Ohio and needed to move my family from out of state at the end of the school year. We had a very limited amount of time to find a house and did not know the area. We tried several agents before we found Carl and Kathi. They were very flexible and worked around our schedule on evenings and the weekend to show us over 50 homes in a few days. They did a great job in getting input from everyone in the family so they could show us listings that met our needs. We would also come up with many homes on our own that we wanted to see which they were able to squeezed in on last moments notice. By working together they made the best use of the time we had. We put together a short list and proceeded through the offer process. They helped us every step of the way, and did a great job with the negotiations and all the details through the final close. They were very knowledgeable about the area, and provided many referrals from inspectors to lenders. We were able to get a contract on a home in time for the kids to start their new school.  They were a pleasure to work with, and helped take the stress out of our relocation. We highly recommend them for their professionalism, responsiveness, communication, work ethic, and dedication to treating us like we were their only clients.
