The mowing was fine but they weed wacked our weeds instead of pulling them out. The gardens looked terrible. They don't respond quickly to needs other than mowing. They said they would do something for us but I had to keep reminding them and it still didn't get done. We ended up ending our contract and hiring someone else.

Keith is an awesome business owner.  He is friendly, responsive and quick.  His crews did all the work on regularly scheduled intervals - they are professional and efficient.

This year was a real challenge for snow plowing because the weather was relentless. Willoscape performed true to their contract keeping my driveway clear all winter. I never had to call them. They would come early in the morning and late in the day, too. I've been using them for about 3 years now.

They were very friendly and professional on the phone, they came out as soon as the weather permitted. When I called it had been raining for a few days so they wanted the yard to dry up a little before doing the work which I totally understood as our yard was a muddy mess. But they were there within a week.

They do a very good job. They are very, very reliable which is the best thing about them. He gave me his cellphone number and he actually answers it when you call. I've had landscapers in the past that I couldn't get in touch with for months. So, he calls me back and he's very responsive. He is very reliable.

They are good at contacting. The lawn service guy maintains good contacts and calls me back. Their communication skills are excellent. He calls back his customers and gives suggestions. I had a landscaper a few years ago and I couldn’t reach him when it was really important, but this gentleman from Willoscape Landscape Management answers his cell phone. It’s priceless to me. I use them because they are very reliable. They charged me about $175 for the yard cleanup. He does what he says he is going to do. He is excellent with customer relation. My overall experience has been excellent. They are the best service people I have ever had.

What was nice was that they were able to use the old product as opposed to having to replace it with stuff that I had looked at in some of the companies. I didn't want the new style of pavers that you mostly see out there because it wouldn't match the brickwork of this house colorwise as well as in shape and everything else. I don't like contractors to procure the goods for a specialty thing like a patio for me because quite frankly they do an up-charge and that is where they make a profit. Willoscape and I together determined what design or pattern or the way I wanted to have the bricks laid. We did the cut and the design of the patio together and then I had them install it. They had to cut all the old bricks or most of the old bricks for the edges with a brick saw or a masonry saw because I had a different configuration. It was not just squared off. I have a half circle on one side of it. They had to cut those and that was using all the material that was porous and drying out over a 60-year period presumably. They did a fine job. I had some scrap, but that was okay. Their price was definitely excellent because I got a lot of bids. We talked about some things that I wanted done. We did not get to it and probably will not do it until next year. I may want to have them do a retaining wall for me.
