So when I smoked in there, it has no where to go and gets pushed into the basement. They took the aluminum soffit covers off of that part of the room and then lost them. They were going to put vented soffits on there but they never did. It took them forever. The guy was getting in my fridge and drinking my beer. They were terrible. They don't give an estimate and then just keep charging and charging. When I did go look at my friend's bathroom (who recommended them to me), it was really lousy. She evidently doesn't know what good work is. The "plumber" that came with him had re-plumbed his own house and then starting calling himself a plumber. They didn't respond until the BBB contacted them. They wanted to come and make it right but I didn't want them to. If they couldn't fix it the first time, why should I let you now? They wanted the last $1,200 but I said no and contacted the BBB.
