FOR A COMPANY THAT CLAIMED 10-15 YEARS EXPERIENCE BETWEEN THE OWNER AND THE CREW, THEY WERE CLUELESS. THEY UNDERESTIMATED THE TIME TO COMPLETE THE JOB BY THREE DAYS. THEY INSISTED THEY REQUIRED NOTHING FROM ME, THEY HAD EVERYTHING THEY NEEDED, IE: TRASH BAGS, BROOMS, ETC... HOWEVER, THEY USED MY TRASH BAGS, BROOMS, TOOLS, CD PLAYER, ETC... WITHOUT SEEKING PERMISSION. ALTHOUGH THEY ASSURED ME PRIOR TO JOB INSTALLATION THAT IT WOULD NOT BE A PROBLEM, APPARENTLY THEY HAD NO CLUE AS TO HOW TO CARPET THE OPEN STAIRWAY. THEY DID NOT SHOW UP ON TIME OR EVEN ON THE DAYS THEY SAID THEY WOULD. ALWAYS OFFERED EXCUSES FOR THEIR POOR PERFORMANCE.
