Service man was prompt, knew exactly what the problem was and had replaced the part in no more than 5 minutes. However i was charged over $200.

He was at my house within a few hours. He arrived exactly when he said he would. He was courteous, friendly and neat with his work. He even asked if I would like him to remove his shoes. The stove is now working great. I would definitely recommend this company to a friend.

I have used Prompt Appliance Repair on a few occasions. I have also recommended them to family members and we have all been pleased with their service, response time, and price. I called at 9:00 AM in the morning regarding my washing machine and by 2:00 my washer was repaired by Sean. He replaced the pump. They also repaired my freezer last year at a very reasonable cost. I keep their number very handy and recommend them to family and friends.

SEAN HAS DONE 3 REPAIRS FOR ME. HE IS ALWAYS PUNCTUAL AND PROFESSIONAL. HE CAN FIX ANY APPLIANCE, AND HIS PRICES ARE VERY GOOD.
