Parks Tree

I had a wonderful experience with this company! From Andy the sales representative, to the staff, everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. I am very pleased with their work. Their customer service is exceptional! It's nice to work with people who are polite and provide stellar services. I will definitely call them in the future.

Parks Tree removed a very much loved giant oak tree. All personnel from my first contact the sales, to all of the service persons on site were knowledgeable, courteous, and responded to all questions immediately. They arrived on time and completed the project as anticipate. Parks has all their own Crain, trucks, and trailers ( at times I have dealt with companies waiting for rental equipment to become available). The owners were on site the sales person stop by to speak with me on the on going project. I recommend contacting Parks when tree service is required.

They arrived a bit early and trimmed the branches of two trees that were hitting the house, garage, power, and communications wires. The bucket truck parked on the street to get access to the top and side of the front yard tree. They worked safely and cleaned away all debris.

Parks Tree did a great job removing the weeds from all our flower beds and installed new mulch and grass seed as needed. I really appreciated Amanda coming out with the crew to verify the work they were going to do. She took the time to walk our property so we could identify plants that we wanted them to save versus removing. I will hire them again. Thank you!

My project was for my back patio to remove all weeds in beds on both sides and along home, cut down 2 large taxus bushes at corners of patio, spray all beds with weed and brush spray, install weed landscape fabric and top with 1 yard of river gravel. Parks Tree Inc came out today and did an absolutely fantastic job!!! The 2 guys who came out were so nice and helpful and professional. They did a fantastic job and I would highly recommend them to friends and family.

They are pretty reliable but this year there is a big price increase so I may not use them again.

I had a great experience with Parks removing a large tree. They were half the cost of 2 other quotes I received. I was skeptical because the quote was so low, but I took a chance and I don't regret it! They were professional and gave great concern and care to my new parking pad and grass. Their cleanup was impeccable! If they give everyone the service and quality they provided me, I would recommend anyone try them!

We were happy with the way the crew cut down the tree, but disappointed with what our lawn and the neighbor's lawn looked like when all was said and done. I understand that there will be some yard damage, but we were not prepared for the amount of landscaping work that would need to be done to restore things after the crew left. To make things worse, we found out that the neighbor's light post in their front yard had been damaged by a limb that fell. Understandable, but no one mentioned it. I had to find out from my neighbor after assessing the damage. Then, when I contacted our sales rep, he had to wait until he talked with the owner (who was actually there during the work). The sales rep called me back and I could tell he had the owner sitting next to him to guide him through the phone call. The owner was questioning my claim when it was OBVIOUS based on the tree branch marks in the yard and broken glass and plastic, that the damage was caused by the tree limb(s). If I were the owner, and I thought that even a light bulb was broken based on our work, I would have sent a guy to get a new light bulb and apologized. But they ignored it entirely. Then the owner acted like I was being unreasonable for calling them and asking if they would help out with the cost of replacing it?!? They advertise that they are insured. I figured the idea of that insurance is to cover any damages they may cause. I guess not. Also, we were left with HUGE divots, dents and even tire tracks in our yard, and even the neighbor's yard. Maybe that is to be expected? But no one had prepared us for that. I've seen other services place boards down in the yard to drive on so as not to leave tire tracks. After multiple phone conversations with the sales rep, he agreed to have a crew come out and fill in the divots and tracks with top soil. Mind you, on their web site it reads, "Our tree workers pride themselves on their ability to work together in coordination to bring the tree down without damage to your home or landscaping. The clean-up crews ensure that your property and service area will be neat and tidy throughout the entire job and upon completion." Then, after we removed the stump debris and saw dust (we opted not to pay them extra for that) I saw that the stump hadn't even been properly ground 2 inches below grade as stated in their estimate. It had parts still sticking up at least a few inches above grade (at least). Which brings me to why I was inspired to bother with this review. We had this done a year ago, and I am now trying to decide what to do with the stump. Dealing with Parks Tree was so exhausting and frustrating, that I gave in and stopped trying to get them to make things right. (I know I shouldn't have, but I had other things that took priority at the time). We will now be paying another company to finish grinding the stump. Excellent customer service. They were on time, performed the agreed project with some extras and cleaned up the work area. The cost was reasonable for the work performed. Neighbors were impressed and inquired about having some work done as well. My sister the tenant was very impressed with their work.

The representative was very nice and work seemed reasonable. The crew that came out did not do all the agreed upon work. They did some of it but not everything that was discussed. Estimate was based on 8 hours of work and crew was at our house for only 5.5 hours. Made multiple contacts with representative expecting the crew to come back to complete the work but company unwilling to remedy situation. I foolishly paid in full so have no recourse. We will never use this company again.

On an extremely hot day, the Parks Tree personnel performed their job great. They called and told us when they planned on coming, which is a nice customer service thing to do. I would recommend them to anyone who needs tree trimming and/or removal.

Parks accommodated my schedule as the home was in Ohio and I was from Texas. I advised I wanted to be available for the shrub trimming. when I came home Parks had come early due to a cancellation, I did not like the way the shrubs were done. Granted they were large shrubs and I had advised I wanted them manicured and straightened, they refused to do because they believed there would be large "holes" when they prunned.....they still look horrible and didn't do what I asked....they are out of control cause my step dad is sick & couldn't keep up with them...I figured for awhile they would look bad but would fill in.

The workers were prompt and did a thorough job for the area they had time to work on. There were some concerns however. They didn't have a large enough trailer to get all the leaves and had to make a second trip. The lost time that resulted meant they didn't finish the project. The $400 cost would have been appropriate for a complete job, but was pricey for what they actually accomplished.

The guys did a great job. Showed up early, climbed all over this massive tree and had it all down to a nice looking stump / seating area in 7 hours. The pricing was fantastic. We worked with 4 companies and Parks Tree had the best quote and didn't use a truck but cut the tree down by climbing it which was necessary due to limited access.

I am very happy to have found this company. I had a relatively small project - leaf pick-up/ removal since the city of Cleveland stopped supplying this service. As small as this project was, they were so accommodating. They did in 20 minutes what would have taken me hours to do and the price was more than reasonable. I have a larger project to do in the spring and I will definitely call this company. Thank you Parks Tree!
