OK, ultimately, but they demanded full payment before they would commence with the service, and I wasn't home. Eventually they agreed to take a credit card by phone, but their collections practices seem unnecessarily harsh. They should have taken a credit card for full payment when it was ordered, instead of partial, without telling us they needed full payment before commencing the work. We got the bill one day before the appointment so there literally wasn't time to comply with their unannounced demand. Left a bad taste.

They worked for six hours straight. They cleaned everything up. The forewoman was extremely professional. They all were, they cleaned up the place and nothing was damaged. That was a amazing because we have a very narrow driveway. They did an excellent job and were were very pleased. They came out and spoke with us twice. Once in person to make sure everything they had was down correctly. They came a second time to make sure everything was done. They were extremely thorough. I would recommend them to others. So professional and organized.

They were on time and did an outstanding job. The only negative that I had and it really wasn't a big deal was the fact that they invoiced me two or more weeks before they even did the work and they required payment immediately upon completion of the job. But after talking with other small businessmen, I learned that there are always customers out there that try to screw the little guy any which way they can.

The work was done but the communications as to scheduling weren't the best. The date was postponed due to weather and then they arrived without notifying me. The work itself was completed well.

Parks Tree show little flexibility on how much lawn to aerate.

They are fantastic.I think the price is pretty reasonable. They are professional, the guys care about what they do and they are not guys you just pick up on the street and run amuck in your yard.They hire veterans which i like, they are good guys and do a good job. Good service.

Parks Tree Inc. refuses to honor the service agreement and cancelled my appointment simply because I confirmed to them that I would pay them the remainder of the balance on the day of service as per the service agreement that was stated in the deal when I made the down payment. They are difficult and combative and frankly not very good at there jobs. I hired them previously on another deal for cleanup and they arrived early and sat in their truck without telling me they had arrived and then tried to include that towards the time I had paid for. Then there equipment failed and they were unable to complete the job and refused to send someone out to finish for several days until they finally realized I was correct because there own employees had told me what had happened. I tried to give them a second chance with the aeration deal but they failed miserably again. I would not recommend them to anyone. For perspective, I am a professional engineer and work with contractors all the time and this company ranks among the worst I has ever ever dealt with in my 20+ years of experience.

It did not go, because Parks Tree Service sent me a string of emails and then cancelled my appointment. After we initially agreed upon a date for the service (September 20, 2017), they sent me an invoice for the remainder of the fee to be paid by the date of the service. I wrote back saying that they would be paid upon completion of service. They then wrote me back to say the following (all typos are those made by Parks Tree Inc., I don't want to assume I understood what they meant and correct them): "If the is no check at the door the day of service, the will not service. Please read your disclaimer." This was sent at 7:01 pm on September 12, 2017. Then at 7:02 pm on September 12, 2017 I received an email stating, "I'm sorry but I need to cancel your appointment with PARKS TREE on Wednesday, September 20 at 3:00 PM. We can reschedule at your convenience." I wrote back on Wednesday, September 13th asking them to "Please give me a valid reason why you are canceling or refund my deposit." To which they responded, "You need to call Angie's List". Now, is it too much to ask them why they are canceling? I never said I would not leave a check for them or more likely would plan to be home when they performed the service. So I wrote them back saying I would contact Angie's List give them an F rating for their service. To which I got two response the first was at 9:02 AM on the 14th "And I will be happy to respond to your review". The second response came at 9:37 AM on the 14th, (again typos are theirs): "Thia is the normal response from our aeration customers. [I will have a check for you the day of aeration. I will have sprinkler heads marked with flags. my address is correct]" I am not even sure what this means??? My overall experience was that they generally do not care about customers or responding in a courteous or professional manner.

They also did some work for me in mid May. They were very flexible with my schedule. I think they are very good and I will be using them again.

I'd give them a "B" overall and I maybe would use them again. I had to have them redo some areas they missed I wanted addressed. The grading and the seeding, didn't hold, I have bare spots. I've had to redo some spots myself.

I am pleased with the work. The crew showed up right on time and got straight to work. Even though I was paying, via a coupon deal, for more man hours than I ended up needing, I was more than pleased with the straightforward efficiency with which the crew dispatched the various tasks, and also with the quality of the work. The trees which were trimmed needed some essential modification (especially the cherry which is difficult to trim safely and was growing lopsided toward the neighbor's lot) but are still attractive and should continue to grow in a pleasing fashion. Andy, who first met with me to estimate the job, drafted a good basic plan and Matt and his crew executed it well. Matt took time all along the way to check in with me before any major cutting. The entire crew were hardworking, and pleasant. I have used this company before and shall continue to recommend them.

8 guys and a lot of equipment showed up on time in the morning and worked very hard until the end of the day. Very professional crew and everything was done in a very safe manner for the property and the workers. Not a fly by night operation and I will definitely use them again next year on the second half of our property improvement project. As a piece of advice, Park Tree is a contractual driven company so make sure everything you want to be performed is clearly listed and described in detail on the quote. If you want additional trees removed and so on site, crew may not be flexible on price or time allowed for job.
