Parks Tree was awesome. I will call them again for future work. I have two large oak trees that were in need of trimming..lots of dead wood. They also cleaned up several large piles of accumulated branches and brush. I highly recommend Parks Tree. A+ work!

Everything about working with Parks Tree was a pleasure. They took care of all my requests with expert, beautiful results. Andy and Betsy were a delight to work with, making sure everything was done to my satisfaction and doing a thorough cleanup afterward. I have worked with them before, and will definitely call on them again in the future.

They came promptly and gave me a (reasonable) estimate which I accepted. They arranged to come the next week to do the job. The job was done professionally and to my satisfaction. They cleaned up well after completing the work.

Crew of three brought a chipper and arrived before 9 a.m. and six hours later had completed the job. Excellent, friendly workers. Did all the climbing without spikes!

Excellent job. Consulted with me every step along the way. The team even picked up a stack of small branches and chipped them for me. Would definitely hire them again.

Parks Tree met me at the promised time for an estimate on tree trimming. Tree had to be trimmed to comply with my homeowner's association bylaws. Trimming of tree was done as promised; cleanup of debris done at a reasonable cost. Would not hesitate to hire again.

Damaged home while working on our property and never notified us of the damage. Once we pointed out the damage they resisted paying for the repairs. Extremely unprofessional.

Wires from my lamppost in the front yard were knocked loose and I had to call the utility company out to reconnect them and I was charged for it. My husband didn’t want me to say anything, but I feel like it is money I paid for services and he had to pay utility company to hook wires up so we could have lighting out front.

Work was performed well. Some mix up as to what tasks were agreed upon. But all was sorted out in short order.

I purchased a Spring Clean Up Special for mid May, date dependent on weather. It was a rainy week with our backyard swamped. I recommended they put me off a week for the yard to dry up. I was told the crew works rain or shine & a delay on my part would put me at the back of the line. The 2 man crew arrived and they agreed the backyard was too wet and working it would trench the lawn. I recommended they work the front yard and return to finish the job after a few dry days. The office makes it simple for themselves and considered my job as DONE rather than incomplete.. If I wanted to start from scratch they would allow me to purchase another Spring Clean Up Special rate for the backyard & would be scheduled at the back of the line for mid June. The landscape team was great, the office manager is great, but just be warned that the Company has a policy that doesn't care about following through with their commitment. .

I really like them a lot. I have used them several times in the past few years and plan to use them again this year.

You really don't see the results until the next spring, but the lawn looked thicker.

Did a good job but I forgot to tell them to clean up a garden area in the back yard. I guess I assumed they would have considered doing that on their own.

All went well. We needed to make a schedule change so they could finish another project but the wait was short (1-2 days). Once they started their work at my home, they stayed with it until completion. The planting was done in two parts to accommodate the best planting times for the plants and the tree. Andy was easy to reach and very responsive.

Two workers arrived on time and worked nonstop. Did a good job.

Went superbly well. I can't say enough about the courtesy, professionalism, quality of work, punctuality, and attention to detail. Gentleman named Andy came out prior to the date of service to talk with me and get an idea of the work I wanted done. Then we scheduled the work. He came out, again, on the date of service to review the plan with me and the crew foreman. Once they knew the plan, they were self-directed. In one or two instances they asked for guidance on how I would prefer they trim or remove something and that is normal on a job like this one. They were careful not to interfere with the neighbors' properties. They made sure before they left that they cleaned up the property. They left the place looking GREAT!!

Outstanding! David was the crew leader, showed up on time and was polite and articulate. The two men worked efficiently and asked appropriate clarifying questions once or twice to ensure they had everything right. They were personable and worked hard. While the work done was excellent -- and I WOULD call them again - the communication prior to the appointment was a bit frustrating. I received several brief email notes, and despite my responses that (I tried to make) specific about my concerns, I got confusing/ambiguous responses. Overall, however, I'm a happy customer. I'd have David back in my yard again without hesitation.

Fair. Was not immediately obvious work was completed. Had to email to all. Did receive response.

Very well. The tree was trimmed and clean up was very complete.

The men called me when on their way, which I really appreciate. They were working in an early November snowstorm, which didn't impede their work at all. (It was the coldest day of our early winter.) They did everything I asked of them and all of the trimmings were taken away. The two, young men were friendly, hard-working and seemed tireless for the time they were here. I have used Parks Tree in the past, and will definitely call them again.

I arrived home to a job very well done. They do have to return to do the stump grinding in future, but that was told to me up front and just fine with me.
