The cabinets for the kitchen were made by MJ Woodworking - which were amazing. The contractor, NY Design, was selected to install the cabinets and remodel the rest of the kitchen i.e. electrical, drywall, plumbing, flooring etc. This project was started in the beginning of 2013 (March), the project was just completed (June 2014). MJ Woodworking came out last month to finish the job since the contractor did not feel that he needed to complete the job. The Contractor was very disorganzed and unreliable. There were many places in the kitchen that were measured incorrectly so the cabinets had to be adjusted or i had to make exceptions. Towards the end of the project he never showed up to complete the job even though he was supposted too. He never returned any phone calls. The granite for the kitchen sink is splitting due to incorrect install, the sink was not installed as an undermount and should have been. The soap dispenser is on the wrong side. The tile floor is uneven. The workers of NY Design never came back to seal the granite nor seal the tile floor, i had to do this. I also cleaned the tile floor after it was grouted because they never came back. Very unprofessional company, extremely disappointed with the way that Bryan does business. I will never recommend this company. I have also filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
