Mike Crow was referred to me by a friend whose kitchen they did. He is honest, responsive, and very attentive to quality. The workers he brought in, from the demo guys to the framing to the insulation to the carpenters and floor guys, were both top-notch and genuinuely good folks. It was a little more than I wanted to spend, but Mike kept me fully informed along the way, and the end result is really impressive and totally worth it. Mike asked for a modest up-front deposit on the windows and materials, and then came back for additional funds only as work was getting accomplished. He also let me know when issues came up that were outside the initial proposed scope (such as need to install a below-ground downspout from nearby gutters that were dumping water into our foundation). The and quot;Band quot; on punctuality speaks to the fact that the work was started in early September and finished in December, which is slow; -- in fairness however I was in no hurry whatsoever, and at no point did I ask for a more aggressive timeline.

I highly recommend KNH for the quality of work they do, and I plan to have them do further work on our kitchen in a year or two.

I would definately use knh again.Very proffesional start to finish.
