Intovation

We met Bill thru his daughter who is our neighbor. He is a contractor doing work for the condo development we live in. We asked Bill for quotes for windows replacement and tile floor in our basement. We ended up having Bill doing all that work and do not regret it (price/quality).
Bill came in, measured and provided quotes within days.
First, he did our finished basement. Removed carpet, treated concrete and installed tile flooring. As we work, we placed a key in a lock box and provided Bill with the code. On the day he was coning to remove the carpet, once I got home I did not think he had been there until I got in the basement. I expected a little bit of a mess in my entryway at the least with the carpet removal. All was so clean I did not think he had done it. He came back the next day to lay the tile and the day after to finish the grouting. We were so pleased with the work that we asked him to do our laundry room too.
Then, we had Bill replace our five front windows. He provided us with three quotes (low quality, medium, high and actually recommended the medium as it was still great quality for the price). All 5 windows were replaced in one day.It did rain that day and they did not mind getting wet. Bill employs Amish gifted workers but is on the job to manage it.
