I first stopped at the Eastlake store, but they did not have the treadmill I was interested in. I later stopped at the North Olmstead store where I was able to try several treadmills in my price range and selected the Spirit XT 685. Since I live in Lake County, the store manager wrote up a firm quote, which I then took to Eastlake to complete the sale and save on the sales tax. I also signed up for the fitness challenge; if you can lose 7% of your body weight in 90 days, they will refund 5% of the purchase price. The treadmill was delivered on time, set up and installed and is working perfectly. I also checked back in at the store for the 90 follow up, having met the 7% goal and the weigh in went smoothly.
I highly recommend this store over Sears, Dick's and similar big chains. The price may be slightly higher but the difference in quality and value of the products and service is well worth it.

I met Dave when I was painting there North Olmsted store. He recommended working my legs in the winter to keep me in shape for the summer ladder climbing. It was a great idea and helped me work faster in the summer.
