Excalibur made the claim and repair process painless. They provided an estimate and scheduled the work promptly. Rental cars are available on site, which is very convenient. All employees were polite and helpful. The car was repaired in one day and the quality of work was excellent. When I picked up the car the next day, it was sparkling clean inside and out. It was very refreshing to encounter a professional company which excels in customer service, quality of work, and pays attention to details.

They did a good job in repairing the car. They gave me a warranty on the repairs for as long as I own the car. I am very happy.

I was rear-ended in an accident that caused over 6000 in damage to may car. Excalibur made the drop off process very easy, as we could get rental car access on site. The quality of their work was high. My only constructive feedback, is they could have been more proactive at letting me know when the car was going to be done. The entire job took 2 weeks, and was expected to be completed on a Friday. I had to call them that afternoon to find out that it wasn't going to be done, and then again on Monday. Again, not a big deal. Given the amount of repair work, I would use them again for body work.

Everything went smoothly. Excalibur worked directly with the insurnace company. They picked up the car in the evening and returned the car to my driveway. And they even cleaned the inside of the car...a nice surprise. Overall great work and everything seems to be working well.

My wife took the car in and he gave 3 different estimates, (estimate was free) depending on what I wanted done and what would need done once they started working on it. He said that he may be able to just push the front end up and secure it in place. My wife took the car back on the day of the appointment and had virtually no wait. They brought the car in and they were able to push the front end back in place and secure it with a bolt. It only took 15 minutes and he didn't even charge anything at all. I know a lot of mechanics would have charged a minimum of $50 for their time. What absolute fantastic service! It is great to find someone to work on my car that is not a crook. I would recommend Excalibur to everyone!!

Excalibur performed all necessary repairs and painting. Dave Abrams, our Excalibur contact, was in constant contact reporting on the progress of the work. He gave us a completion date and time and they met it. When we pick up the car, I thought it looked better than new. It was not only perfectly repaired, the paint job was above reproach, and the car had been beautifully detailed. I'd use them again in a heartbeat!

Efficient, timely, quality repairs. They have a car rental agency on the premises, which makes for a seamless interface and a great convenience for customers. The managers and front-office people are always service-minded and available. I am very pleased with my experiences with Excalibur.
