Joe called to let me know he was running late, and gave an estimate of arrival time. He showed up right on time, explained his process, and got right to work. He even patiently answered my questions while I hung over his shoulder and watched every step. The longest part was color matching; to my untrained eye it looked like he'd hit it pretty quick, but he showed me on an undamaged piece how the final product blended right in.

Joe came to my home to do the repairs to my car seat. He was on time and very professional. He used an electrical tool which was about the size of a drill and chemicals to repairs the cuts in my car seat. The repairs took him about an hour. Once he completed the job and I took a VERY THOROUGH look at my car seat. I was amazed that I could NOT tell that there were previously any cuts in the seat. There was a slight smell of the chemical which he said would go away in a couple of hours, and it did. He also asked me not to sit on the seat for a couple of hours.
