Joe was fantastic!  As in most home improvements to older homes (ours was built in 1930) there are always complications when you get into the project.  Joe had to reset a skin that had been installed at a tilt and also had to open the far side of the bathroom wall in order to replace the shower/tub controller.  These maneuvers presented some surprises that Joe very capably took in stride. The reset sink looks and works great.  The new shower/tub controls work exactly as they should work and dress up the bathing area nicely.  In addition, the wall repair Joe performed to reclose the wall opening is perfect!  The over-frig cabinet had to be reset in order to accommodate a new refrigerator in a small opening.  The original cabinet installation missed the studs so the cabinet had sagged.  Joe had to partly disassemble the cabinet, prop up the remaining frame with a brace, reattach it in an ingenious way and then reassemble it.  He did this all in a fraction of the time it should have taken and actually reduced his charge because the project went so quickly.
Joe is meticulous in his work, clear in his explanations, more than willing to answer questions and obviously very experienced in home improvements.  I will happily call upon his services again.
