Unparalleled service and price was incredibly reasonable. I bought a 1950's ranch with recurring problems in the pipes - snaked several times in few years. Called Ciro's and got an immediate diagnosis with snaking to open up lines. Scheduled to come back a month later to replace pipes and naturally discovered a minor problem that took all day to fix. Quoted price did not change - those guys deserved every penny for ten hours of hard labor. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I have used Ciro annually for a number of years. Usually spend about an hour using rooting machine to remove tree roots from main drain. I have several very large trees. First time that I used them, they followed the city maintenance department telling me that drain was too broken to clean. They cleaned it one hour or so. Price has gone up over the years, but have stuck with them.

Was told by Tony at Ciro's, a video survey inspection would be needed to locate clean out T in order to perform test. Contracted for the video survey of underground pipe entered through a clean out T in driveway by house, which did locate another T out by street. Ciro's estimated $2500 to expose T, install 6and quot; x4' riser pipe, cap and backfill so that test could be performed. Spoke with city inspectors who indicated original clean out T by house was entirely sufficient for test. Called John Ramski of Ramski Serwer who performed the test for $105.
Not sure why Ciro's needed $2500 to complete test but will not be calling them for sewer work in the future.

"This follow-up to your review is being written to summarize our last telephone conversation pertaining to the circumstances of the City of Eastlake Point of Sale Dye Test at 1282 Hulett, Eastlake, Ohio 44095. On June 2, 2014, you hired Ciro’s Sewer Cleaning, Incorporated to televise and locate the main sanitary sewer for this property from the 6” cleanout located in the existing driveway under the existing carport. Our office quoted you $180.00 per hour onsite for this service and was able to successfully perform this service inside the first hour. As we had hoped, Ciro’s Sewer Cleaning, Incorporated was able to locate the original 6” inspection tee (test tee) out near the municipal right-of-way. Tony Grandini with Ciro’s Sewer Cleaning, Incorporated proceeded to contact the City of Eastlake Service Department and spoke to Inspector Mastrcola who informed us that Ciro’s Sewer Cleaning, Incorporated would be unable to perform the Point of Sale Dye Test form the exposed 6” cleanout located in the existing driveway under the existing carport and that you, the homeowner must hire a contractor to dig down and expose the original 6” inspection tee (test tee) out near the municipal right-of-way that was located through our initial video inspection. When we informed you of this, you requested Ciro’s Sewer Cleaning, Incorporated provide you with a worst case scenario proposal to do so. Once you received the worst case scenario proposal form Ciro’s Sewer Cleaning, Incorporated, you proceeded to contact the City of Eastlake Service Department directly to obtain information regarding the depth of the city sanitary sewer in relation to the depth of your sanitary lateral line. It was at that time that Inspector Boulton met you at your home and approved the use of the 6” cleanout located in the existing driveway under the existing carport for the Point of Sale Dye Test. You drew the conclusion that Ciro’s Sewer Cleaning, Incorporated was forcing you into an excavation that wasn’t required or necessary so you opted to hire another contractor to perform the Point of Sale Dye Test without ever voicing your concerns to the Owners of Ciro’s Sewer Cleaning, Incorporated. I have since discussed the aforementioned details with both City of Eastlake Inspectors mentioned above as well as the City Service Director Mr. Nick Rubertino. In light of the details mentioned above, I formally request you retract your F Rated review of Ciro’s Sewer Cleaning, Incorporated from the Angie’s List website. When they were unable to fix the drianage with a fibereroptic attempt to clean out the line they dug a six foot hole-removed the previous drain, snaked out he horizontal sewer line and then rebuilt the drain-it completely solved the problem and we do not worry about heavy rain causing a lake in our driveway around the sewer drain-it seemed like an exteme way to fix the problem but multiple previus attempts to snake out the line were unsuccessful

Worked with Nick at Ciro's from start to finish. He was very responsive, professional and absolutely wonderful to work with. The work was done in one day and the next morning you couldn't even tell there had been an 8' foot hole coming from our house and a large machine on our front yard just 12 hours before! They even put the portion of retaining wall from our front flower bed that had to be moved back to the way it was when they were done. The house passed the retest after the repair. Couldn't be happier with Ciro's service and would definitely recommend them!

I had water in my basement and could not find the cause.My basement had waterproofed by Ohio State Waterproofing years ago and they would not stand by their guarantee. Ciro's came and tested all downspouts, etc. and found a little blockage but not the cause. My son-in-law, who is an engineer, finally found the cause in my basement. On the wall that was not cut open , because it was an inside wall, the foundation had cracked. I do not know if Ciro's should have found the problem but what they did do was done in a very professional manner.

We just had the point of sale test done for the city of Willowick and they told us that the driveway drain was clogged and we would need to unclog it in order to complete the test and complete the sale of our home. This was with about 2 weeks before we were supposed to close on our home sale. Needless to say we were in a hurry and also wanted to make sure we got someone we could trust to get the job done. Ciro's had come out previously to do our tee test that the city required be completed before the rest of the test went ahead. All my interactions with the company went smoothly and they were able to come out when they said they would at a much more reasonable price than some other companies were charging. Other sewer companies seemed to not even know what test we needed and were asking us to pay 500 to 600 dollars to do the tee to tee test. Ciro's was very understanding and came out quickly and inexpensively to perform the test and later to unclog the driveway drain. After it was determined that the pipe was broken Ciro's offered to perform a televising of the line for us. However, we needed the pipe fixed ASAP due to the impending house sale and they were very up front with us and explained that they would not be able to complete the work for us in time. I appreciated their honesty and would definitely work with them again. Hopefully, the next time we work with them it won't be under such a tight deadline.

I had water coming in under our foundation whenever it rained. I had four companies come out and give estimates. Ciro's Sewer Cleaning was the least expensive and most professional. Nick Ciro told me what they would do (install 2 foundation drain clean outs, camera and water jet all foundation drains) and what it would cost. The men who did the work were punctual, polite, professional, and cleaned up so well that I could not tell they had been here. The problem (a clogged foundation drain) has been fixed, and the price was what Nick said it would be. Nick made a follow up visit to be sure I was satisfied with their work, to which I can say "VERY SATISFIED". If I ever have another water problem I know who I'll call . . . Ciro's Sewer Cleaning.

They fixed the problem and I think they did what they call a water jet. They explained what they were going to do. Their pricing was between $300 and $400.

We subscribe to Dominion's Sewer Line Repair Program and unfortunately had our sewer line back up the day before a scheduled class reunion committee meeting at our home on 6/16/2009. We reported it to Dominion's Claim Department at 4:30 PM on Mon. 6/15/2009 and by 5:30 PM got a call from "Jeff" from Ciros Sewer Cleaning, Inc. Since the office was closed for scheduling a service call, I was told the office would call me when it opened at 8:00 AM on Tues. 6/16/2009. I received the promised call at 8:01 the next morning, explained what the problem was and was scheduled for a 2:00 PM service call. At 1:30 PM I received a courtesy call from the office advising me that "Ryan" would arrive at 2:00 PM and he did. After a brief discussion and survey of the situation Ryan made the decision to snake the sewer from the outside trap and went right to work. By 3:00 PM he was finished and on his way. Ryan was a very professional, knowledgeable, pleasant and efficient service person. Because of Ciros responsive service we were able to conduct our reunion meeting without having to reschedule it.
