I am a Professional Billiard Instructor Association (PBIA) Certified Pool Instructor in the Cleveland area and I have played on many tables of different quality. In 2004 I purchased a 9 ft pool table built by TC Natz. The quality of the table is excellent - there are no metal brackets to come loose or fall off. Only the finest quality hardwoods were used in construction with solid wood joints. The installers came on the day and time scheduled - they were friendly and professional. Before installing the new table, they disassembled the old 8 ft table that I had. I was able to compare the quality because I saw them both completely disassembled - what a difference. Since then I have had periodic service completed including cloth replacement (the table is used daily and the cloth does wear). Again, the repairmen were punctual and professional. It's great to have a table serviced by the same people who build it!
