Everything went very well from start to finish. When I called to schedule an appointment, my call was answered promptly and professionally. I was able to schedule an appointment for a convenient day and time early in the upcoming week, and the pricing was explained. I received a text message the next day to confirm that the service person would come on Monday. On Monday morning the service person texted to confirm that we were on his schedule; he also texted when he was on his way, and he arrived promptly. The service work was performed thoroughly and efficiently, and everything was explained well. I was given the option of having a PDF of the invoice emailed to me or having a paper copy mailed (I askedd for an email, and it arrived promptly and accurately). We were impressed and very pleased with the excellent service provided by Bill Reynolds Heating and Air Conditioning. We would use the company again and recommend them without hesitation.

The whole process from the quote to the final installation went smoothly. Everyone involved was courteous, professional, and trustworthy. The owner/salesman took extra time to explain all the available options and the differences among them. Alex, the technician who installed the equipment, was an artist. He made everything fit in the space available even though it required some reworking of ducts and vents. Alex also went above and beyond to install the new thermostat exactly where I wanted it. The entire project took four days. When the installations were done, the work areas were tidy, and all the old equipment was removed. The owner of the company even visited the site to be sure the results were as expected. My family and I have been customers of Bill Reynolds for many years. We would not even consider using anyone else. Our many experiences have always been first rate.

Very honest and professional contractor.  They helped us with scheduling the install during the holidays.  Work was out standing, vent work is a piece of art.  They looked at all aspects of the installation.  Very happy with the Carrier 2 speed furnace and the upgraded thermostat.  Very quiet furnace!  Blows much strong and hotter then the old once on it's best day.  I highly recommend Bill Reynolds and Carrier products.
