Ted showed up ahead of time and quickly fixed the dryer. He even made a second trip back to our house with a new filter. He is an experienced pro. We will definitely call him back the next time another appliance goes on the fritz.

It went great. Ted is knowledgeable and professional, and was able to diagnose and fix the problem. The only delay was caused by a supplier delaying a part.

A couple of weeks ago my refrigerator forgot it’s job. It was 40 degrees in both compartments. Possibilities – thermostat, compressor, something else? A call for service to all the regularly mentioned places in Nextdoor resulted in three call backs – Ted and two service companies, who could come in a day or two. Ted asked for the model and symptoms. From his questioning he diagnosed the problem over the phone. And he squeezed me into his schedule and made the repair the same day. Excellently!  Ted answered the phone, told me his charges, when he could do the work, etc.   He called my wife and kept her posted on his arrival time.  Ted is very friendly.  I understand he did the work very efficiently.  We are super satisfied.

He's wonderful and very nice.  He's courteous and takes off his shoes at the door.  He calls to schedule, then confirms, and even if he's running a few minutes late.  He's very professional, pleasant, and has been doing this for 30+ years. 

Ted knows his stuff.  He's been repairing large appliances for many years.  He's very reasonably priced - the ignitor for my oven accounted for over half the cost.
Really nice guy. 
Will definitely be calling Ted next time I have a problem with an appliance.

I am reluctantly  giving this guy a  good review,  because I know if Ted is jammed with work there will be a delay in getting to my broken dryer.
I had Ted out to fix several of my appliances, several different times.  The guy knows everything about appliances. Washers,  dryers, dishwashers ... you name it... Ted knows how to fix them.  He is on time, reasonably priced and has actually saved me money on a few repairs.
He told me what was wrong with my dryer by listening to it run over the phone...!!
If you need something fixed - give him a call - you can't go wrong..!!  Nice guy - good prices - quality work.

In June 2011 our gas oven would not heat, so we called a couple of places to get estimates over the phone on what it would cost to send somebody out. All Service Solutions had the best price and had good reviews on Angie's list. Ted came out that evening and knew immediately what was wrong with the oven (ignitor was broke). He had the part in his truck and was able to fix it right away. His price was very reasonable. We were so happy with his work that when we woke up one morning in July 2011 and found our freezer leaking water all over our kitchen floor, we immediately called him (at 7am). He answered right away and was over within the hour. Once again he knew exactly what part needed to be replaced, and his price was reasonable. Our oven broke again this November 2012 the week before we were to host Thanksgiving dinner. We called Ted again and he was able to come over that same day and once again fix our oven. We have used All Service Solutions 3 times in the past year and a half and have been very happy with the service, cost, and timeliness. We would definately use him again and recommend to others.

Ted came in and immediately knew what was wrong with my dryer. Showed me the problem. Fixed the dryer. Left the old parts behind. He's very honest.

Everything in the experience went well - from finding him on Angie's list and seeing that he was within 5 miles to his calling back and coming out to fix the problem in a timely manner.

The repair parts brought on the initail service call would have fixed the problem if it had been in the common sport. Repair parts had to be ordered which required a second service call. The charge for the second service call was very reasonable. I will call Ted for appliance repair in the future.

After my 13-month old Whirlpool refrigerator died, I called numerous repair companies in an attempt to get a repair estimate performed quickly.

Ted was nice enough to squeeze in a service call on short notice - he understood that with a small infant in the house, we needed a working refrigerator quickly!

Within an hour of first talking to Ted via phone, he was at our door to inspect the fridge.

He said that the problem was either with the relay or with the compressor - and he tried replacing the relay with a part that he had with him in his truck. When the new relay didn't fix the problem, he wrote up the repair estimate based on the bad compressor.

Thanks to Ted we were able to get the repair estimate quickly and make the determination that it was not worth repairing the fridge - as the cost of replacing the compressor would be very close to the replacement cost of the fridge. Armed with that knowledge, we went out and bought a replacement fridge the next day.

On my first call to Ted he asked specific diagnostic questions and knew the problem before he arrived at the house. He called before he came to the house and was on time. He worked diligently, had all the tools and even the parts needed with him. He was neat, cleaned up our washer beyond just the repair and managed to get the job done efficiently with the distraction of a curious two-year old scurrying about. We played a bit of phone tag before being able to pin down an appointment, but his hours allowed both my husband and I to be present when the repair was made. Service was above and beyond my expectations. He showed up as promised with all parts, and he finished the job very quickly. He made adjustments to the height of the unit so I would be less likely to have the same problem in the future. He was very helpful and reasonably priced. We will definitely be calling him in the future!

We awoke on a Saturday morning to discover that our refrigerator had not been cooling for what appeared to be several hours. I went directly to Angie's List and located All Appliance. Called, and he came immediately. He was there within half an hour. He checked the refrigerator thoroughly, and within 20 minutes had determined that the compressor was not functioning. He informed us that the compressor should be covered by the warrantee, if the refrigerator still was within the warrantee period. He put the refrigerator back the way it had been so that we could check on the warrantee, but advised us that, if it was not covered, we should consider purchasing another refrigerator as the cost of replacing the compressor would outweigh the cost of a new refrigerator. He charged us only for a service call.

He is conscientious. He tries to balance the price with what we need. He is a hard work and not expensive. He is reasonably priced.

Overall, the work went really well. Ted did an excellent job and was very nice. Our freezer is now working properly. He even called us back to make sure that things were still working properly.

They guy who came out from All Service Solutions was more than helpful. He was very knowledgeable. He saved us money by fixing the problem and not charging us for the minimum hour of service. I would definitely use them again in the future if needed.

He redid what the first repair man from another company didn't do. The first repair man cleaned out the soap dish and left. He said the motor pump needed replacing. The second repair man from All Service Solutions took out the soap dish and found that a part was covered in soap and wasn't functioning properly. He said it was not the pump that was the problem. I would use them again.

The latch broke off my dishwasher door so that it was not possible to open the dishwasher. Ted used a tool to open the dishwasher, then removed the latch and replaced the broken part of the latch, then installed it back into the dishwasher door. The job took about 1/2 hour. Ted was very knowledgeable and it was clear that he knew about other appliances as well. He said he started out repairing appliances when he was a child and worked with his father. The only bad part to this story is that Ted told me he would probably arrive first thing in the morning and he didn't come until 5PM. When he didn't show up first thing, I called to ask where I was on his schedule and he only told me that it would be in the afternoon, not that I would be his last call.
