Carpet Installation
The experience in the store was very disorganized. Did not want to replace subfloor until I insisted on it. Didn't tell installer that he was to replace subfloor, which caused a lot of confusion and delay. He had to stop the job and go purchase materials. Gave installer the wrong trim. Wrote down the style of floor I wanted, but when I went back to purchase she lost all of the information (had many disorganized notebooks all over the counter). Finally found the information after several days. I was very happy with the installer, but only because he was highly recommended from another contractor friend. She previously sent a different installer to measure and then insisted to the one that actually came that he was the one who measured. I would not purchase from this place again.
