I've used them for several years and even though I had a standing account with them I haven't used it for probably a year, but I called and ordered flowers and there wasn't a problem. They took care of it and sent me a bill. I didn't have to show up or anything. They did an excellent job. It was a substantial sized angel and it was very nice. They have a beautiful selection of statues, flowers, and just about anything that you would want. When they are busy it might take them a while to answer the phone, but generally I've never had a problem as far as getting them on the phone. They deliver when they say they are going to deliver and you have it there in time for the service. They are the only place I usually go to. They even sold it to new people, but it's still good quality.
