They are very reasonable.  They are in and out and they know what the problem is.  I never have any doubt that they would come in fix the problem the first time, and that I would not have to call them back for the same problem.  I have had them several times at the house.

Do hire them!

My furnace stopped working. I called my regular repair person on Friday. They didn't return my call. I called them on Monday, finally got someone who said it would be weeks before they could get out. I called Hall's Heating & Cooling. They came out about 15 minutes later. Showed me the reset button, explained that the heat exchanger was cracked. Told me it would be about $400 - $500 depending on how long it took. Explained that the reset button would work, but there was no guarantee for how long, it could be 10 minutes, or six months. I told them I couldn't get the new heat exchanger for 11 days as my husband and I are on a fixed income and his pension check doesn't come in until the first of the month. I made an appointment for right after the first. They came today (the following day) while my husband was home. I was at work. They told my husband that they would be very busy in two weeks and did not want us to be without heat, installed the primary heat exchanger and the secondary heat exchanger as well. They left the bill and said to pay it whenever his check came in. The total bill was $375.00. I am amazed. We are raising three small grandchildren and for a company to be that concerned and to just come and do the job and leave a bill is almost unheard of in these times. I highly recommend them, not for credit, but for compassion, friendliness, quickness of response, concern for the occupants of a dwelling and general good business.
