Jeff (owner of his own business) was prompt on his scheduled time. On this 1st appointment he pointed out that the locks that we purchased can be easily picked and the other major brand had already pulled those locks off the market. He suggested Schlage locks and we purchased those. He didn?t charge for the 1st appointment. He came back the next day and completed the work. This guy was one of the most honest persons I meet. Any other person would have probably installed the original locks we purchased without telling us the history of these locks on how they can be easily opened and would have charged for 2 visits. I believe a service call is $35 to come to the house. He also recommended a car repair shop to us which turned out to be ½ the price of other estimates to repair. He will happily recommend other services to you that he only believes that do honest work.
