Even before seeing his quote, we knew he was the one we wanted to work with. Why? Because he was simply a pleasure to talk to. He didn’t push his company, nor did he speak poorly of the others. Instead, Bobby explained the work that needed to be done in a professional and friendly manner. He said he’d work up the numbers and send them to me the following day—true to his word, he did. I asked how long he had been doing this kind of work, specifically fixing patio pavers and re-sanding the joints. That’s when he shared more about his company, and it only added to our confidence. We already had a ballpark figure in mind for the job, and Bobby’s quote landed right within our expectations. My husband and I couldn’t be more pleased.
